Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 8777db platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account via the 8777db Login portal, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or claiming any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein pending investigation.

Account Obligations

• Using the platform to launder money or for any other financial crime or fraudulent purpose.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.

Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. 8777db will attempt to contact you at the registered email address before applying dormancy charges. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from a dormant account's balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Accounts reactivated after a dormancy period are subject to a standard KYC re-verification process.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay as the withdrawal method, during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard are subject to the standard processing timelines of the issuing bank, typically 1 to 5 business days.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a successful deposit on your account. Prior to your first withdrawal, your account must have completed full KYC verification. 8777db reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on 8777db are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 8777db does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the rate determined by the payment processor at the time of the transaction; 8777db does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms at the point of claiming. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for 8777db bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus Abuse

8777db does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 8777db is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures on the player's side, or events beyond 8777db's reasonable control (force majeure events).

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 8777db's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8777db operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not otherwise resolved through 8777db's internal dispute resolution process.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
